Thursday, November 4th
• Registration will be held starting at 8:00 am outside of the
Ambassadeur C room
• The conference will commence Thursday morning and oral presentations
held concurrently in the Ambassadeur C and A&B rooms
• The poster session will be held from 3:00 to 3:30 Ambassadeur A&B rooms.
Those presenting are requested to be present at their posters during this time.
• This will be followed by the annual general meeting of the SEQ from
4:00 to 5:00 pm in the Ambassadeur C room
• The banquet dinner will be in Les Verrieres
