Tour of Lyman Entomological Museum
The Lyman Entomological Museum, located on the Macdonald Campus of McGill University, in Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue, invites you to a visit of its collection and research laboratories, Friday November 5 at 2h30. The Lyman Entomological Museum is the second largest insect collection in Canada and the largest university insect collection in the country. All SEQ congress participants are invited to this activity. Directions to the Lyman Museum from downtown Montreal:
Highway 720 west (Ville-Marie tunnel) – follow directions for highway 20 west.
Highway 20 west to the exit Ste-Anne-de-Bellevue.
Take the exit and turn left at first stop sign (Rue St.-Pierre)
Continue to the end of street. Turn left (Rue Ste-Anne). Continue to the entrance of Macdonald Campus (and John Abbott college) on your left (turn left at this entrance).
Continue straight to the parking lot of the Centennial Center.
The Lyman Entomological Museum is in the basement of the Centennial Center.
Enter by the front doors on the other side of the parking (north side of the building). Go down the stairs on your right off the main lobby.
