INFORMATION
Oral presentations
• Regular and student presentations which will be held on Thursday,
November 4th will be 15 minutes, including questions. Because of the
concurrent sessions, the length of the oral presentations will be
strictly adhered to.
• Symposium presentations on Friday, November 5th will be 25 minutes,
followed by 5 minutes of questions.
• A multimedia projector and slide projector will be available. For
other multimedia needs, please contact conference organizers.
Electronic presentations (powerpoint)
Electronic powerpoint presentations can be sent electronically
before October 31st.

Posters
Maximum poster dimensions are 1 m (height) x 0.9 m (width).
Posters can be attached with velcro. Participants can put their posters up in the Foyer Gouverneur anytime
after 8:30 on Thursday, November 4th. The poster session will be held Thursday, November 4th from 5:30 to 6:30. Participants are
required to attend their posters.
Student prizes
• Premier prix présentations orales: Prix Melville-Duporte remis par la SEQ : 250 $
• Deuxième prix présentations orales: Gracieuseté du Réseau Québécois de Recherche en Phytoprotection (RQRP) : 200 $
• Premier prix affiches: Gracieuseté du Réseau Québécois de Recherche en Phytoprotection (RQRP): 200 $
• Deuxième prix affiches: Gracieuseté du Réseau Québécois de Recherche en Phytoprotection (RQRP): 100 $
